1. 당근,고추,양파는 채썰고 느타리버섯은
손으로 찢어 포도씨유 두른 팬에 볶는다.
2. 1에 손질한 굴을 넣고 볶아 약간의 소금,
후춧가루로 간한다.
3. 계란을 풀어 소금 약간을 넣는다.

4. 포도씨유 두른팬에 1을 적당량 올리고
그위에 3의 계란물을 부어 앞 뒤로
노릇노릇하게 지진다.
5. 물에 씻은 치커리는 물기를 거두고
토마토는 도톰하게 슬라이스 한다.

남은 모닝빵 한쪽을 올려 완성한다.
